These terms describe the arrangements that apply when shopping for headwear and accessories at ymzep™, including product information, checkout, payment, shipping, returns, and customer responsibilities.

01. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to purchases through https://ymzep.com, operated by Yiwu Jinyin Network Technology Co., Ltd. under the brand name ymzep™.

"We," "us," and "our" refer to the store operator. "You" and "customer" refer to a person placing an order. By submitting an order, you agree to the applicable purchase terms, subject to mandatory consumer protection law.

02. Store Operator

ymzep™ is an online retailer offering casual, classic, outdoor-inspired, and seasonal headwear. The operating company is Yiwu Jinyin Network Technology Co., Ltd., with registered legal representative Wang Jin.

03. Customer Eligibility

Customers must have the legal capacity required to enter into a purchase agreement and must provide accurate payment, contact, and delivery information.

Customers should review the product, size, color, quantity, order charges, and shipping address before completing checkout.

04. Product Information

We aim to provide reasonably accurate product photographs, descriptions, sizes, materials, dimensions, features, colors, and care information.

Photographs may be affected by lighting, display settings, and acceptable variations. When a particular measurement or material matters, please consult the individual product listing or contact support before ordering.

05. Hat Sizing and Fit

Hat fit depends on individual head measurements, crown construction, brim design, and available adjustment features. Customers should review any published head circumference guidance and product-specific sizing details.

Not all hats are adjustable. General style descriptions do not guarantee identical fit across different products.

06. Product Materials and Protection Claims

Material composition and care requirements differ according to the product. Appearance-related descriptions, such as straw-look or wool-look, should not be treated as confirmed fiber content unless expressly stated.

Any claims concerning UPF ratings, UV protection, water resistance, or other technical performance characteristics apply only when specifically stated and supported for the relevant product.

07. Product Availability

Listed products and options are subject to availability. A product may become unavailable before an order is accepted or fulfilled.

If an item is unavailable, we will review suitable alternatives, cancellation, or an appropriate refund according to the circumstances and applicable law.

08. Prices, Currency, Taxes and Shipping

Product prices, applicable shipping charges, taxes, and valid discounts are displayed through the storefront and checkout. Customers should review the final transaction amount before paying.

Financial institutions may impose currency conversion or international payment fees. Material pricing errors will be addressed according to the order status and applicable law.

09. Placing and Accepting Orders

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected merchandise. Automatic acknowledgment may confirm receipt of the submission while payment or fulfillment review remains outstanding.

Orders may be declined or canceled when legally permitted because of unavailable items, unsuccessful payment, suspected fraud, material errors, or applicable restrictions. Appropriate refunds will be arranged for captured payments relating to canceled orders.

10. Payments and Verification

Payment must be completed through a method available during checkout. By using a payment method, you confirm that you are authorized to make the transaction.

11. Order Processing

Normal order processing is 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. This period does not include delivery transit.

Exceptional processing delays may occur due to holidays, payment review, order volume, stock availability, or other relevant circumstances.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated shipping transit for eligible U.S. destinations is generally 7–15 business days after dispatch, separate from normal order processing.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival deadlines. Timing may be affected by carriers, customs, public holidays, weather, transportation disruptions, and destination-specific factors.

13. Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact support as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or modify an order. We will review the request, but modifications cannot always be completed after processing or shipment begins.

Where cancellation is unavailable, applicable return rights may remain in effect after delivery.

14. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Eligible products may be requested for return within 30 days after receipt, subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Standard change-of-mind returns generally require unused goods in their original condition. For defective, incorrect, unsafe, or misdescribed products, statutory rights and remedies may apply independently of ordinary return conditions.

Please contact support before returning merchandise.

15. Product Care and Responsible Use

Customers should follow the care labels and other instructions provided for the purchased headwear. Different materials and hat structures may require different cleaning, drying, handling, and storage arrangements.

Do not assume that a hat is machine washable, waterproof, or certified for sun protection unless the specific product information supports that claim.

16. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide accurate transaction details, use authorized payment methods, review product specifications, and refrain from fraudulent or unlawful use of the online store.

We may investigate suspicious activity and take proportionate lawful measures to protect the transaction process.

17. Intellectual Property

Website branding, product descriptions, photographs, designs, illustrations, and related materials may be protected by intellectual property laws. Rights remain with ymzep™, its licensors, or other lawful owners.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of website content, trademarks, or other protected materials.

18. Consumer Guarantees and Warranties

Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory statutory warranties, consumer guarantees, or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Express statements about individual products remain subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the purchase.

19. Limitation of Liability

Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law. We do not exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

Mandatory rights for defective, incorrect, unsafe, or undelivered goods remain unaffected.

20. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

Major transportation disruptions, extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, and serious service-provider outages may affect fulfillment.

Where an order is materially affected, available resolutions will be evaluated in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction.

21. Privacy and Other Policies

22. Amendments to These Terms
